Thank you for your participation in this Cold War exercise. I hope that through it you were able to gain understanding into a very complex, frightening period of time for the world. It was my goal that the videos would be engaging and interesting and provide you with visual images to help the issues come alive to you. As is the case with all of our units in this class, my desire is that you analyzed the reasons why the Cold War occurred and looked at what factors could have prevented it.
